I've updated my setup to an ITX case. The motherboard and graphics card have been changed, yet the 3700 series remains unchanged. Previously, my old case worked fine. Now, during the first boot, the CPU automatically throttles to around 90°C and gradually rises if idle. When I power it off and restart, it drops to 35-40°C. It plays games without overheating up to 50°C. Anyone know why this happens on startup?

It seems there might be a sensor or driver problem, such as incorrect CPU temperature readings or accidental overclocking during startup. It’s quite unusual, so checking what others experienced could help.
