Can I substitute the Screen Cleaning Kit for a thermal crease remover? And is it safe to use a microfiber cloth to clean the CPU with a brush?

Use rubbing alcohol along with an old cotton T-shirt or a rough paper towel. Do not place the alcohol directly on the CPU; instead, dampen the cloth and then apply it to the CPU area. If you need to exert more than five or six pounds of pressure, you may not be using enough alcohol.
