Hi, I wanted to share my experience with the Thermalright contact frame. I recently built a new PC with an Intel i5 14600K, an Asus ROG STRIX B760-I motherboard, and gaming Wi-Fi. I used a Noctua NH-U12S redux cooler. Initially, I faced several overheating issues; the CPU fans kept spinning at high speeds continuously. After replacing the cooling fan and securing it properly, temperatures improved slightly but remained unsatisfactory. Eventually, I decided to install the Thermaltake contact frame. Although many reviews suggest it’s mainly for i7 or i9 processors, after fitting it in, the BIOS confirmed a new CPU was detected. Thanks to better thermal contact across all memory pins, things stabilized. Now I’ve paired it with the Noctua NH-U12A cooler, and temperatures stay low even under heavy workloads. The system runs smoothly and quietly overall.
