I’m considering something inside the PSU could have gone wrong. That power supply looks suspicious—it has a fake 80 PLUS Gold label and claims 90 PLUS Gold. If you have a system with a $1500+ RX 6900 XT, you definitely need to investigate what failed. Find out what caused the irreversible issues, especially before such a high-end graphics card is installed.
