There seems to be an issue with the motherboard.

I can't do it right now—I'm still in the driving school. I'll get back to you later.
I connected the VGA monitor to an HDMI GPU using the same cable as the other GPU, and everything functioned properly.
The monitor supports HDMI and VGA connections. It does not list DVI as an input option.
This concept makes sense. VGA uses a 15-pin D-sub connector and works with analog signals. LCD screens are digital displays, so they require an analog-to-digital converter to function. Contemporary graphics cards output purely digital data via connections like DisplayPort or HDMI, meaning you need a digital-to-analog converter for VGA compatibility. Most cables include this built-in functionality, often powered through HDMI. During conversions, some data loss occurs, which degrades image quality and adds processing delay. That’s why VGA is becoming obsolete.
