Hello guys, i have a problem with my MB, so i have a ASRock h110m-dgs MB, and its not working with a rx580 8gb even its PCIe 3.0 i need help. There is no signal to the monitor. The fans are working.Changed the PSU.

The MB uses GT710 and before I switch the GPU I removed all the drivers so.
