There seems to be an issue with the entire row of Ducky One 2 Mini keys.
Hi there,
this is the second time I’ve encountered this problem. My “asdfghjkl” keys and Enter don’t function properly, while the caps lock works fine. All other keys on my keyboard are fine. The issue started after I replaced the keyboard, but now it’s happening again to the second key. I’ve tried resetting the PC, unplugging and plugging it back in, changing USB ports, adjusting dip switches, updating firmware, but I can’t press the “D” key. I haven’t used my computer for two days and it keeps happening. I’ve looked everywhere for solutions but no one else seems to have the same problem. If anyone can help, I’d really appreciate it! Thank you!
The issue seems to be with your PC. If you've already replaced the KBA, the problem lies with the computer reset. Restart Windows and clean install. Back up all data, format the drive, and reinstall. If this doesn't resolve it, the motherboard might be the cause.
I also tried connecting my kb to another computer, but it didn’t work either.
Well, perhaps the keyboard issue is related to the keyboard itself, as it seems odd that two keyboards share the same problem. Have you reached out to their support? Also, try running the Windows keyboard troubleshooter to check what it finds. If this occurs on other devices, you might want to avoid resetting or reinstalling your computer just yet.
I also connected a different older kb to my computer and it functions, so I’m not sure why.
If they fall within the warranty period, I would reach out to ducky support.
