You can adjust the brightness of your photos so they’re clearer. Try using a higher setting or editing tool to make them more visible.

I don’t see an option to disable image processing on Samsung devices. Many smartphones include some level of imaging enhancement that remains active. The best approach I can suggest is adjusting the photo settings after capture, such as boosting exposure.
