i7 4770k with 3.5 ghz RX 570 series 24 gb DDR3 RAM setup. One game uses only 1-5% of GPU and CPU, minimal RAM and Wi-Fi usage. Another game consumes about half my CPU and half my GPU, causing it to crash and freeze when I start the second game. Closing the second game lets the first load again, but without this workaround it keeps loading and doesn’t respond. This behavior is unusual and differs from my older GX 760 GPU, which handled multiple games smoothly.

You’re facing a clear resource issue. Which one should we focus on? It’s tough to say without more details about your setup. Also, Windows has received numerous updates even after its release.
