Thanks for the update. I've been working on this for a while now, and I'm just trying to gather more details.

Update: i've found multiple errors in the event log in Device manager / GPU / Property / Events. errors like amduw23g device not started or others kept appearing everyime i tried to install another driver etc. apparently there is no real fix, ive found some threads talking about this error but no actual fix. i tried installing the GPU and drivers in ANOTHER PC and SAME THING. GPU is most likely defective

I've conducted additional tests and attempted to apply a personalized fix, similar to suggestions on Reddit and AMD's forum. Despite thousands of "solutions" and numerous attempts, I still faced no success. I reached out to the retailer of the GPU I purchased, who confirmed it wasn't the first instance of such issues and indicated they were common. Eventually, I realized the problem likely stemmed from a firmware glitch—initially I considered it possible the previous owner had made a mistake, but upon checking, the firmware version was correct. After months of troubleshooting, I concluded the GPU itself was the root cause, which is frustrating since it shouldn't have taken this long. I'm not particularly tech-savvy.
