Requesting technical assistance for your RX 7600 AMD GPU. Experiencing issues in certain games, especially under stress testing, without any visible errors or crashes. Noted errors related to PCI device and driver configuration need further installation. Attempted PC formatting and driver updates but the problem persists. Adjusting memory settings helped Fortnite but overall performance remains poor. Some games crash frequently.

Remove every driver using DDU, then fetch drivers from about six months back and observe the outcome.

I've saved the oldest Windows 11 driver for this GPU. Fortnite is running well now (it was shaky at first due to shaders, or it might restart and stutter again). If I use the same GPU/Property, I still encounter the same error.

You’re not really making progress, have you gotten rid of the old ones with DDU and then moved on? Make sure everything is up to date.

I've removed the drivers via DDU, then I downloaded and installed the oldest available driver for the RX 7600. It's running Fortnite smoothly so far, I'm planning to stick with this version and test it on other games. If the issue is truly driver-related, I'm frustrated with AMD—most recent drivers don't work for me. I might have misjudged the problem at first.

I identified issues in the event log within Device Manager / GPU / Property / Events. The entry under the error reads: Start up device problem PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_7480&SUBSYS_E4481DA2&REV_CF\6&4a0b500&0&00000019. The driver is named oem3.inf with class 4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318. Service: amdwddmg. Lower filters applied, Upper filters adjusted. The problem is labeled 0x0 with status 0xC00000E5. Additional notes mention kernel-PnP and other related details. I've translated a few terms to make them clearer in English while keeping accuracy.

Yes, I removed and reinstalled several times using DDU or simply reformatted the entire system.
