There might be complications when using two drives with Windows installed together. You can’t simply move Windows from one drive to another, so you’d need to plan a fresh installation on the second drive while removing it from the first.

If the whole drive lacks anything significant, I suggest reorganizing it or removing the "System reserved" partition.
