Update on support:
I was directed to a supervisor who told me my warranty had expired and that they couldn’t assist. That’s probably just a joke, right?
Can we be sure this is related to the PSU? Are there other symptoms that suggest something else might be wrong?
To summarize:
My PC won’t start in the morning (or more precisely, when it’s powered off).
I usually have to jumpstart it by unplugging components from the motherboard, re-seating my RAM (which involves swapping and checking slots), and repeatedly plugging in the power cord or flipping the PSU switch until it starts.
After it powers on, everything works normally until I turn it off at night.
My PC still recognizes the 16GB (two sticks) of RAM, so that doesn’t seem to be the problem.
I’ve also tried connecting the PC to a different outlet, but it still didn’t start.
