I'll cut to the chase:

Assuming you're about to see the above and I didn't mess up the paste of the image somehow, the die bracket is broken. My GPU has been overheating lately and I've twice replaced the thermal pads and paste to no avail. Sometimes my whole PC abruptly crashes under heavy load. I took it to a computer repair store on Thursday and apparently it completely snapped in half while it was there. I should've checked it first but instead I put it right back in and found it above 100° celsius before it shut down.
I can't find a means of replacing this stupid thing anywhere and the store owner just straight up recommended I get a new card. I can't afford that right now as much as I want to. Please tell me there's is a way to buy replacements that don't involve contacting customer service please please please.

What is the model number of the graphics card? Have you checked eBay for a similar "parts-only" version of the same brand?

It's an XFX Radeon RX 7900 XT I purchased in August 2023, with the model number RX-79XMBABF9. On eBay I plan to try again but I already checked. Edit: yes, I couldn't find any.

I'm still searching for a suitable replacement that I can purchase, but I'm having trouble. XFX isn't reachable because they lack an email address, and the portal is difficult to use. I don't want to waste another $700 or more on a new GPU if I can skip it.

I think reaching out to xfx is likely the best approach. You'll need to sign up with them and submit a ticket; they usually respond within 3 to 4 days and assist you in resolving the issue. It might be a bit time-consuming, but if it's still covered under warranty, they should be able to help.

I'll attempt once more, keeping in mind it likely came with a 2-year warranty, and I received it in August 2023.

Find someone to weld it, a TIG welder can handle that easily in just a few minutes.

There are many of those spreaders available, perhaps you can locate one with similar dimensions.

Sorry, I can't tell what you sent. The link isn't working properly. I made the measurements as accurately as possible, and what I observed was that the spring screws measure approximately 76.2 millimeters in length and 72.025 millimeters in height.
