You're dealing with a situation where the screws holding the brackets are stuck. Using a magnetic screwdriver might not work if they're firmly secured. Try gently prying them out or checking for any hidden fasteners that could be preventing removal.

Looking for detailed specs like motherboard models, CPU types, and cooling components? Including this context can help others search visually. Regarding the AMD CPU cooler, it seems you're dealing with a design where screws are tightly secured—often referred to as captive screws. This means they’re meant to stay in place unless intentionally removed. To safely remove it, double-check that all four screws are fully undone before lifting the cooler off the motherboard.

this motherboard matches your amd ryzen 5 3600. your cooler uses the se-234-argb model. the screws you’re referring to are the black ones near the CPU placement area—they’re the ones you need to remove before installing the cooler?

You can take off the four silver screws around the socket, which should make it easier. This might assist? The video also demonstrates how to remove the brackets from an AMD motherboard.
