I have an i5 4690k overclocked to 4.3 GHz. I've never had issues before (years of use) but recently playing graphically demanding games like Witcher 3 and GTA 5 caused my PC to reboot without errors, with the Event Viewer showing "kernal power 41". I'm trying to identify what might be causing this and wonder if overclocking is the cause. Are there any recommended programs for clock resetting or overclocking? If so, what speed would be suggested?

It's probable that your power supply unit is malfunctioning.

Do you have a headset or similar device connected since testing with an LED and Razer model caused the same issue, and removing the LED resolved it?
