Are you using F2 or F20d? On the Gigabyte website, only F4 appears as the earliest available for download. If your BIOS is F2, it might be a factory-released version that needs to be updated—like moving from F2 to F4 or even F6c, or possibly the newest F20d. F2 seems to be an initial release they distribute directly at the factory.
I experienced a comparable issue recently. Activated XMP boot mode and enabled half-memory hardware. Raised the RAM voltage slightly, and the issue was resolved.
Great update, problem resolved. Changed BIOS from f2 (Mar 15, 2020) to f20d (Mar 11, 2021) and now boots with XMP. Still waiting on full testing.
