Hello everyone,

Apologies ahead of time for my English.
My computer details:
CPU i5 6600 3.30ghz
Board GA-H170-D3H
Memory total 32 giga DDR4
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080
Power supply model vp700p

Recently, something unusual occurred with my machine. No major changes were made except updating the BIOS to the latest version.

The issue is:
When I power on the computer for the first time, it starts normally.
After a full shutdown and restart, it turns on again.
At that point, the fans spin, but the screen remains dark, and the mouse and keyboard lights are off.
Only after removing the power cable from the supply and waiting a few hours—or pressing and holding the power button for about 1 or 2 minutes—does the computer turn on fully, with all lights working properly.

I have tried several solutions in an effort to resolve this:
1) Applied new thermal paste to the processor.
2) Used a different screen.
3) Swapped out a power cable.
4) Replaced the display cable (display port) connecting the screen to the video card.
5) Changed the video card to the same one.
6) Connected directly to the video card on the motherboard.
7) Fully disassembled the computer and removed all connected hard drives and fans, including the power supply.
8) Removed all four memory cards (4x8).
9) Tested connecting each memory card individually, as well as one hard disk at a time.

Even without any hard disks, the BIOS display appears when the computer restarts after a power-down.

I’ve been feeling really frustrated for over a month and would greatly appreciate your advice or suggestions to fix this problem.

Do you have another PSU to test? I'm hoping for something higher quality since this one is extremely low quality to use with a GTX 1080. It seems this unit should have been swapped out long ago, making it a straightforward candidate to examine.
