As described, touching connected parts in my PC causes a mild but bothersome shock. It happens because the device sits on top of a wooden desk above carpet. I suspect this proximity might be the cause, but I’m unsure how to resolve it since I can’t relocate. There’s a heater nearby that could be connected to my case, though I’m not sure about the setup. Could you offer advice on troubleshooting and possible reasons for this issue? Any overlooked details would be helpful.

Request a plumber, it seems your power strips aren't connected properly and lack proper grounding.

Are you certain the computer is affecting you? It seems like you might be picking up static from the carpet and releasing it when you interact with the device.

Test another object on the floor and notice any electrical sensation.

The issue doesn’t seem to occur when touching the heating, so it might not be a PSU problem. It could also relate to an extension cable or more sockets.

Sure, let's test it with a different power source.

I'll attempt it and report back after a day of testing!
