I have a powerful server that I use for hosting my own servers and websites. I was curious if it would be a good idea to convert it into dedicated hosting boxes and set up popular game servers like Minecraft, Code, or Ark. Would people be interested in that? Renting a ready-made server would likely be simpler and more affordable than buying a full one, so I just wanted to get an idea of whether it’s worth my effort.

It might seem to many, but those with powerful personal computers and ample memory (over 8GB) are comfortable running a server on their own hardware, such as using Hamachi. That’s exactly what I do.

There is interest. Services offering gasillion options exist. To earn profit it won't be feasible. However, securing funds for expenses could work. The main challenge is identifying the market, or handling advertising and rental decisions. Since you'll be assisting new users, you'll also need to provide tech support.
