At the beginning of my Warzone experience, I noticed a rough and inconsistent performance from my PC. After about three to four hours, things improved significantly, giving me a 20% boost in performance and better input latency. It felt like my computer needed time to warm up before reaching peak performance. I've reinstalled Warzone and shaders, updated all drivers, and played at the lowest settings for maximum FPS. Initially, I struggled to keep 144+ FPS in many areas, dropping as low as 110. Despite this, after a few hours, I consistently achieved 170+ FPS and even maintained 200+ in demanding sections without dropping below 144. My GPU usage was lower at first but increased to around 75% once the PC warmed up. The only details I see are my build specs and power supply information.

If you're unable to resolve the problem, the first step would be to reinstall your operating system and then proceed from there.

Have you attempted to adjust your game settings or resolution? Your GPU won't perform better if you're using the minimum settings. It's better to play at 1440p with 144hz instead of 1080p at 144hz.

tried increasing the settings but nothing significantly affected gpu usage—it remained mostly unchanged. This is strange because it keeps being inconsistent. Every day I play, I notice a roughly 25% boost in fps and better stability once the game has been running for about four hours.
