Hello, I bought a HP omen x 25 monitor with a 240 Hz rating. I’m trying to adjust the display settings to run at 240 Hz in Windows, but only see options like 55,56,59,60. I’ve tried several solutions: downloading drivers from HP’s site, updating my GPU drivers, updating Windows, and even using a friend’s 144 Hz monitor to check if the HDMI cable was the problem. As you remember, you need to adjust the refresh rate in OSD. Additionally, most monitors only reach the maximum refresh rates with the DP cable...

after checking the osd menu, it seems there are no options for adjusting the refresh rate except response time. i'm planning to purchase a dp to buy the cable, but hdmi does support high refresh rates, right?
I checked your web page and, unfortunately, you're dealing with misleading ads. The display is 1080p, but the refresh rate is 60Hz. 240Hz works better on lower resolutions.
For 1080p@100Hz-240Hz settings, the manual specifies using DisplayPort.
