After running several Cinebench r20 tests, I consistently see results between 1630-1800. This is unexpected since the average should be around 2700-3200 across different videos and threads. I'm currently undervolting with settings like 4.0 for all cores, which maxes out to about 2.9 in-game. My Cinebench r20 temperatures remain steady at 70°C, while my clock speed stays between 2.5-2.6, whereas other videos show higher values (3.8-4.0).

Did you also reduce the CPU cache voltage? Also, -160.2 is quite a significant drop, likely triggering a power restriction. Consider using a lower underclock.
