Hey everyone, Filmora X keeps crashing every time I try to open a project. Anyone else see this? The crash details show up like this: the app is Wondershare Filmora X, version 10.1.20.15, and it crashed when trying to run ntdll.dll (the Windows system DLL). It happened on Windows version 6.1.7601.2 with an error code c0000005. If you want more info, check the official links for privacy statements.

hey yeah, it used to work before, but now I don't know why something is happening. I tried fixing a few times and it's still broken. =("

Do you just pull up the newest version straight from the website, or are you opening an old file you saved before?

Have you installed or changed anything recently? Is there a problem with other apps too? Is your Windows software current? What about the main drivers?

Have you changed anything recently or installed new programs? No. Have you had trouble with other apps too? No, it's just the Filmora X app on your Windows computer and everything is fresh. Is the same thing happening for your main drivers? Yes, because Windows 7 has all its drivers updated to date.

Do you have the Complete or Trial copy running? Where exactly are those installation files coming from?

just try downloading the demo version first, then you can grab the full one straight from the Filmora website yourself.
