I don't own a G-Sync monitor, but just like in my first post:
I tried every possible setup and nothing changes much.
By the way, if I were to reinstall, would you think it's worth installing Windows 10 on this machine? I'm worried about reduced gaming performance. With hundreds of background processes constantly active, especially when my CPU is already strained in most games (slow RAM doesn't help either), it seems risky. On the plus side, I could use the Loseless Scaling app from Steam for some single-player titles where input lag isn't a priority.
On the other hand, playing CPU-heavy games like MMOs while running several add-ons that all rely on the CPU, and then adding a more demanding OS on top of that?

Nonetheless, G-Sync works with certain monitors outside the G-Sync category, especially those compatible with AMD FreeSync.

I understand this, my settings allow FreeSync, but turning on G-Sync needs Windows 10, which is the only option.
