I've observed that when playing "the finals" and "exoprimal" right after launching, my computer drops to about 5 frames per second and becomes very slow overall, though the audio remains normal. After roughly 30 seconds this issue stops and the game runs smoothly again until I close and restart it.

Not certain about what might be occurring.
To get more details, start by opening Task Manager or Resource Monitor prior to starting the game.
Use both utilities, but keep only one active at a time.
Keep the tool window open and watch it before launching the game.
Check the changes first, then again after the game starts.
My impression is that launching the game could be causing another application to run.
Also, review Task Scheduler for related activity.

I repeated them once more, and the only outcome was an unusual increase in CPU activity. I also realized those are the just two titles I currently play that include "easy anti cheat."
