Computer problems;
The symptoms involve USB ports disconnecting, audio distortion, loss of WiFi, flashing RGB keyboard devices before they stop working, inability to log out or shut down the computer, and sometimes losing drive connections which forces a restart in hopes it will function.
The specifications and interfaces are as follows:
Windows 11
Asrock Taichi Carrara x670e BIOS 3.2
Ryzen 7700x
Noctua air cooler
MSI 2070 armored 8gig
NVME
1 tb Kingston NEW
1 tb Crucial
Disabled
1tb Samsung
4tb crucial
SSD
2tb Crucial drives x2 (believed as my drives, one is disabled in Device Manager and another removed)
1000 watt Corsair RM3
64 gigs of Corsair XMP RAM (not listed on the Carraras support list)
My concern; I posted about instability last year, but it has continued intermittently, especially with occasional WiFi drops. At the start of this year it worsened despite driver updates. After installing a new drive, system crashes have become more frequent—sometimes the PC fails to run for even five minutes after startup. I don’t see physical damage or black screens, but I experience stuttering, dropped WiFi, and keyboard interruptions.
I also use Black widow v4 with a mouse that stays powered on.
Occasionally, if the computer is turned off for a while, it can last longer, but once it crashes it only lasts briefly. I suspect a hardware failure in my motherboard, possibly due to Intel errors or software issues, though latencymon points to API or NVIDIA problems. I’m running out of options and feeling quite puzzled.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
64 gigs of Corsair XMP ram which isn't listed on the Carraras support list.
Do you have a link to the ram kit used?
Asrock Taichi Carrara x670e BIOS 3.2
Could you try downgrading your BIOS to 3.16 and check if the problem is resolved?
Was the OS reinstalled in offline mode (not referring to a cloned image of the OS drive)?

Some issues in the event viewer involve drop-offs like
Error 5032 Killer WiFi Newtwt 14 cannot be found
or raidport1 not detected, but when I start Windows I encounter credential guard errors such as vbs key violation or lbs package errors. The reliability monitor displays problems with programs failing to operate. For example, error 144 Livekernevent.

1) The problem occurred before the bios update; I don't think this will resolve it, but I'll attempt it again if necessary.
2) This issue appeared before the software was updated—I'm not convinced it will be fixed, though I'll give it another try.
3) I wasn't online during the installation of the new OS; this is unrelated to the previous setup.

@Lutfij's ideas remain focused on tracking the relevant error codes and situations.
Check if any of these issues persist.
I'm aware that "raidport1" is related to a game or application, while "credential guard errors" and "vbs key violation" seem to be technical problems.
The mention of reliability monitor and program malfunctions adds more context.
Further details would help clarify the situation.

The important mistakes occur only when the system fails, which isn't usually immediate. Normally the system can run for roughly a minute before any issues arise. Credential guard and Vbs are active at startup and keep triggering warnings. I turned off most features during startup, so such problems shouldn't happen anymore.

Look in Task Scheduler.

The issue consistently begins with Netwtw14, but I doubt the internet is responsible. With Ethernet, it can also stem from a corrupted driver, causing the device to malfunction. What aspects should be examined?

Clear inquiry. Any event that leads to "Y" occurring due to "X". Mentions of credible guard, VBS (Visual Basic), or more precisely "Netrwtw14". Anything else in the Task Scheduler that you are unfamiliar with, don't recognize, or anticipate.

Additional info:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/window...-scheduler
Possibly nothing is present there... which could assist in identifying likely causes.

The systems are becoming too unresponsive, often requiring me to turn off the PSU for a short period to regain functionality. I’m considering reinstalling Windows, but I suspect there might be an issue with my motherboard. Even though no error messages appear before the system freezes, I still think something is wrong.
