There's some way to check actual command prompt history or processes using some Windows utility, right?
i'm not sure what i might have installed recently might be updating software, or if it's something other than command prompt.
I barely get a glimpse of it.
Something keeps popping up a few times today.
edit: maybe it is from the Task Scheduler I added something that didn't seem to run.
Taskschd.msc
The last run time is showing a time I hadn't set. The popup I saw didn't quite look like Command Prompt.
I'm enabling 'history' in Task Scheduler to check on this
So if this is all one same problem, maybe
I've even tried removing some startup items using a utility and still seeing some drivers-related services for Acronis and some uninstalled remnants of other software
Overall just to make sure the computer is functioning well. This console popup is reminding me of more to get sorted.
I could reinstall or something at some point. But I would like to find what this popup is.

It appears the Task Scheduler task you made is beginning at incorrect times. I might explore some diagnostic options or think about a clean installation, using tools like ShadowDefender, since too many programs seem to run continuously or leave traces.

I examined the details of the setup. I checked the specific trigger that was created and the actions intended to occur upon its activation.

A batch file for FFMPEG running at regular intervals. However, it doesn't start at the correct time. The timing is off. I might turn it off until I can adjust it.

The app seems to function correctly, but the trigger or batch file isn't activating at the expected hour. What's the exact time difference, and is it consistent? Where does the host system obtain its system time? Could you provide the batch file for reference?

Heyy, do you know what's going on? I'm facing the same problem and no matter how I dig into background stuff or set up tasks, I can't identify the cause. Sometimes two quick command prompt windows pop up and disappear instantly, which is really annoying when you're playing something and accidentally press alt-tab.

I didn't realize it at first
However, I've reinstalled the operating system and readded a lot of programs
So far, I haven't received any command prompts
