There is a question regarding free video editors.
Hello, I haven't edited videos since high school, though I'll need to soon. I'm using an older version of Adobe Premiere Pro (CS3). It's been a while, but I think I still have enough knowledge for a basic understanding. However, there are many free alternatives now available. I'm wondering if it would be better to switch to one of these newer free options instead of the older version. Have they likely fallen behind in quality by now? I'm open to trying something new if it seems like a better choice. Could you suggest a good free option? Thanks!
CS3 is quite old. It was good when it first came out, but the latest options offer better capabilities. Hitfilm Express, DaVinci Resolve – you can test them for free.
