Hello, do you have someone available to operate the vibration system for this old device?

The absence of vibration is a common issue with that gamepad, with many users reporting that the vibration feature doesn't function properly on Amazon product pages.

I had a diver but I lost it. I found a driver from another version, it is functioning in windows 10/control panel/gamepad.../test vibration, but not in games. With the original driver everything was working fine.

I recently purchased this gamepad along with a driver CD. If you require the driver again, here it is:

There seems to be a problem with Windows 10 and vibration. The error message "Windows shell common DLL has stopped working" appears when using vibration. Have you tried using vibration with Windows 10? When navigating to control panel, setting up USB game controllers, or checking properties, the error still occurs.

I'm also encountering the same issue, unfortunately.

I did some digging around and
this
solution worked for me. Vibration is working now! Yay!!
😀
I'm putting the solution below for your convenience:
"Make a backup of the joy.cpl file located in the System32 folder, then DELETE the original (because Windows 8 won't always allow you to REPLACE an existing file in that folder for some reason.) If you can't delete it just download and run unlocker. Then copy (NOT move) the joy.cpl file from the SysWOW64 folder into the System32 folder"
