I built my PC a year ago and I'm facing several problems. My hardware is at least decent, but I struggle to reach more than 40 fps on GTA, max around 150 fps, and then it drops to 50 fps in Team Fortress 2. The specs are: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core processor at 3400 Mhz, 16GB RAM at 3200 Mhz, GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER, MSI b450m Pro-VDH with a 60Hz monitor. I have around 650 watts and an SSD (I don't remember the exact model). My CPU usage is mostly between 15-25%, memory at 50%, and GPU usage between 10-45%. I've reinstalled Windows and kept updating drivers daily, but lowering graphics settings only helps a little. Should I consider upgrading my specs or is there another solution? Thanks in advance.

the gpu should handle the task well at 60hz refresh with 1080p, but the cpu might need improvement. your power supply could also play a role, so details about the make, model, and usage time are important.

either via your buying records from the seller bought from, using any bill you received, or by checking the tag on the PSU.
