Hi, from the screenshot you described, when I power on the system there is a BIOS warning about a CPU fan error. The H100i cooler fans are running at full speed and the RGB indicators are on, but the cooler fans and casing fans are not working. After setting the fans to ignore mode and booting the system, the CPU temperature dropped significantly from the usual 42-45°C to between 29-35°C. This suggests the fans might be operating in full speed. I attempted a BIOS reset and updated the BIOS, but the issue persists. I’m wondering if the problem lies with the cooler or the motherboard, especially since the casing fan lights are also not working.

I connected the RGB and fans using adapters. There was no third-party fan controller involved. The software for RGB was installed.

They are linked to the cooler without an RGB hub. It functioned well for about three years. I believe there might be a hardware problem, though I'm unsure whether it's the motherboard or the cooler.

I tried it already... I even looked at the voltages of the power supply, they seem fine.
The issue is still unclear—my casing fan's lighting doesn't work.

Fan motors and (A)RGB lights operate on separate circuits, which is a distinct issue.

I can verify the voltage of the RGB header on the motherboard.
