I assembled my PC less than three weeks ago. This noise has never been heard before until yesterday, as soon as I powered it on (RPM mode was off). If I enable zero RPM mode, the noise disappears. As soon as the fans begin spinning even slightly, the sound returns (I use AMD's Adrenaline to adjust fan speed). I took off the side panel, looked for any cables or dust blocking the fans, and checked the plastic parts—found nothing. The noise continues and seems to have increased in volume. Yesterday it sounded more like a clicking sound, but now it’s just a buzzing noise.

CPU: Ryzen 7 5700x
CPU cooler: Deepcool AG400
Motherboard: ASRock B550M Pro4
Ram: Kingston Fury Beast 2x16gb DDR4
SSD/HDD: Samsung 980 500GB M.2 NVMe
GPU: Powercolor Fighter RX 6650 XT
PSU: Be Quiet Pure Power 11 (new purchase 4 weeks ago)
Chassis: MS Fighter v315
OS: Windows 10
Monitor: AOC 24G2SPU
BIOS version: P3.20

Could this be coil whine? I’m trying to figure out if it’s coming from the power supply unit, since everyone in my family pointed it out when they listened inside the case.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer! I'm pretty sure the noise is coming from the power supply unit because everyone in my family tried putting their ear inside the case and pointed to it. You don't need a large team to change a light bulb, just a simple method: roll an A4 sheet into a cylinder, hold one end to your ear, and use the other to listen for the sound. When sharing a troubleshooting thread, it's good practice to provide full system details. List your specs clearly, such as CPU, cooler, motherboard, RAM, SSD/HDD, GPU, PSU, chassis, OS, monitor, and include the age of the PSU along with its make and model. Also mention the BIOS version for your motherboard at this time.

Done, thanks and sorry for not checking how to properly perform these posts. I've tested your paper method and am convinced the issue lies with the PSU. My family can also try it if needed for further adjustments.
