I've been using LTSC with my new computer for a few months now. At first it wasn't fully functional, missing some settings, but now the issues are getting worse. Whenever I run processor-intensive tasks—whether from Windows, Nvidia, or Firefox—the CPU hits 100% and my PC crashes or freezes. I know some Windows 10 users faced similar problems after a patch, but that shouldn't be the case since LTSC isn't supposed to update itself. I've tried several fixes: Q-flashing, updating the MOBO BIOS, updating drivers, remounting CPU and cooler, running memory tests, adjusting power settings, and performing scans. Despite these efforts, I've seen no improvement and am considering uninstalling the OS. Are there anyone here who's used LTSC for a longer time without issues? Or is it really broken, and switching to a regular Windows 10 version would be better?

Have you checked the reinstall process already? This isn't a hardware problem, and you've mostly handled troubleshooting related to hardware. Would it help to confirm it isn't connected to the installer you used for LTSC?

Maybe I should reconsider. It seems my current OS has major issues, so I’ll try reinstalling LTSC with another installer. If problems persist, I’ll switch to another Windows 10 version. Usually resetting the OS works, but that feature isn’t available. I’m curious though—since my raid 10 uses a separate 1TB SSD, should the data remain intact after reinstalling the OS?

Windows reinstallation impacts just the operating system partition.
