They aren't familiar with that. If you need to create a script, just paste the commands into separate files with a .ps1 extension. Make sure one runs after a reboot.

The script was borrowed from the eleven forums link provided. Thanks to the user "freebooster" for saving my back! I should note that @Od1sseas didn’t replicate my approach, so I might need to create a custom solution—some services can’t be manually triggered until they start. I’ll work on a better script later!
