I’m having trouble getting the drivers to function on my PC for Ethernet. I reached out to MSI, but they also couldn’t assist. Since I just installed Windows, this issue is really frustrating. I’m looking for advice—have you tried downloading the drivers directly from the manufacturer’s site? Those that don’t seem to work might be problematic.

Go to Device Manager, locate the "Network Adapters" section. Identify the device marked with an exclamation mark or a triangle (signifying an issue). Right-click and select the last option "Properties." Click on the "Details" tab. In the dropdown menu, choose "Hardware IDs."
