I usually manage to avoid these issues but I need some assistance. - My system specs include an Intel Core i7 9700K, 32GB DDR4, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060. I’ve ruled out the auto-sleep failure, which causes the screen to flash repeatedly and freeze, plus random crashes in games. I’m stuck and would really appreciate your help. - Ty

Check the current power plan and settings. I usually turn off sleep because I've had problems waking up recently.

Verify power specifications in the game. Additionally, could you share the motherboard you're using? That way I can assess the VRMs and power delivery.

Use a suitable benchmarking tool like BenchmarkTools or JMH for Java, or Python’s timeit module.
