This morning I experimented with the BIOS under the memory section. The DRAM Frequency presets were numerous, so I began with 3733MHz and it worked well. Then I switched to 3866MHz and maintained stability. After that, I attempted 4000MHz and saved the configuration before rebooting into Windows 10, which triggered a BSOD about a serious error or kernel panic. The system restarted directly into BIOS, and initially I tried setting it to XMP to set the frequency to 3600MHz. Upon restarting, I encountered a black screen and the BOOT EZ Debug LED illuminated. At first, I suspected the overclock damaged Windows 10, so I used a flash drive with Windows media to wipe the drive via CMD and reinstalled the OS. The installation completed without issues, and the system booted straight into BIOS with the debug light on. Did the overclock affect my NVMe? I still have warranty coverage for all components, which means they can be replaced if needed. If the RAM was the issue, the computer wouldn’t even start.

have you attempted to disconnect the PSU from the power cord, remove the CMOS chip, then press and hold the power button for 11 seconds, and reassemble everything? if you wish to erase your memory, it would be more helpful to share a thaiphoon burner read and asrock timing configurator (download from asrock z170 oc formula page) so that others can assist you.
