After Effects caused my PC to crash during rendering of a simple video. Sigh.
EDIT: No heavy programs running. Files were renamed in Explorer and explorer.exe restarted.

Turned off for the night. Got the same error shown in the screenshot from the original post. Thinking about upgrading the motherboard and RAM.
