Because the RAM kits come in two distinct versions, I’d start by eliminating the smaller ones and check if that resolves the issue, then repeat the process with the second group.
Combining RAM can be tricky. I’m hoping it’s as easy as swapping the RAM modules.

I performed several stress tests on all parts using OCCT. There were no errors reported, but when testing the CPU and RAM, my PC slowed down and the screen would briefly go dark.

An xmp profile applies the configurations stored in the actual RAM sticks, such as speed, timing, and voltage. There could be multiple xmp settings to consider. Setting the voltage manually can take precedence over the xmp values. It’s generally better not to exceed the maximum RAM speed your system supports. Running slower isn’t a major issue since Intel isn’t highly sensitive to RAM speed. If you manage to run with only 32GB, I recommend starting with a 2x16GB kit in the primary slots and testing performance. I anticipate memtest will detect any internal RAM issues, which is good news as it ran without problems. It might be the specific application causing the problem. If you encounter failure at 32GB and memtest succeeds, there could be another system-related cause. In that case, file an incident with g.skil.

I’m not very experienced with OCCT RAM testing.
There are a few versions of memtest available:
memtest86 or memtest86+
They start from a USB drive and don’t require Windows.
You can get them from these sites:

I'm planning to run another memtest focusing only on the two sticks. If everything clears without errors appearing, should I think about overclocking or would adding a DDR5 RAM upgrade be the better initial step? Thanks to all the support!

Getting into overclocking components would be a waste of trouble. The motherboard and CPU are already operating at their peak capabilities. Running the RAM faster wouldn’t help much, as it would only increase latency and require a more expensive DDR5 motherboard. Intel processors aren’t too affected by RAM speed changes. It’s better to focus on what really matters for gaming performance.

I was thinking about increasing the clock speed since I often run many memory-intensive applications at the same time. I plan to keep the current configuration unless something goes wrong.

When you're experiencing high temperatures and heavy workloads, check the task manager.
Switch to the resource monitor or memory tab.
You'll notice a column labeled hard fault page rate.
It should be near zero.
High hard faults indicate problems.
If you see more, consider adding more RAM.
