Over the recent months, I've experienced numerous issues with my PC's memory. My video and photo editing programs frequently slow down or crash, and I often encounter error messages when closing my computer. The PC locks up briefly after shutdowns, and the Windows LockScreen doesn't seem to update regularly. Many of these problems involve memory-related errors, leading me to suspect a RAM issue.

Last night, I ran MemTest86 for a complete test that lasted around seven hours, and no faults were detected.

I've reinstalled Windows twice, repositioned and replaced several parts multiple times, and enabled XMP in the BIOS, yet nothing has improved.

I'm uncertain about the best course of action but will attempt any solution that might help.

Here is my build information:

the windows error doesn't always mean the hardware memory is the issue; the entire windows memory system is virtual. a quick online search reveals that instructions beginning with 07ff are often linked to corrupted files, malware, or incompatible third-party applications.

Yes. The entire new construction has continued to face this problem.

It suggests possible corrupted files rather than malware or an external app. Recent reinstallations may have caused issues. What else could be the cause?

Your partpicker list displays two RAM kits—one with 2 x 8gb and another with 2 x 16gb. They don’t match. The RAM needs to be compatible for proper operation. I’m surprised memtest passes tests without issues. Remove the 2 x 8gb kit and test your setup. If you really need 48gbm, purchase a single kit of the appropriate size. To attempt a fix, go into the bios and raise the RAM voltage slightly above the 1.35v specification.

Does the issue occur exclusively during forced shutdowns?

The two 16GB sticks are placed correctly. The voltage was adjusted to 1.44V, and any higher values caused the display to change color. Decide whether to activate the XMP profile or try the MemoryTryIt presets.

I seldom initiate forced shutdowns of Windows. It appears when I close it through the menu options.

Can the operation proceed smoothly with the RAM configuration set to its standard values?
