There are problems with the USB ports on your PC. Please let me know how I can assist you.
I own a gigabyte b50m ds3h rev 1.x and have observed that the USB ports aren't functioning properly. I expressed this in quotes since initially my motherboard has eight USB ports, but only two are accessible on the front panel. My keyboard and mouse are connected directly to the back of the board, while the Wi-Fi adapter is in the first USB port on the front. The issue is that devices like Bluetooth adapters or USB flash drives fail to connect, whereas my mouse and keyboard work fine. Only the first front port (for Wi-Fi) supports them, not the others. The second front port toggles on and off whenever I plug in a USB device. I checked Windows Power Management settings, but nothing seems to change. It might be an incorrect configuration or outdated drivers. Could you assist? These are my specifications if helpful.
I also don’t understand how to refresh those driver settings (maybe that’s the problem).
visit www.google.com and enter gigabyte b50m d3sh drivers in the search bar. look for chipset or bluetooth drivers among other options. once you find a suitable file, unpack it if necessary—don’t need to double-click unless required. check the BIOS settings for any USB power configuration when the system is off; if present, ensure it’s enabled.
