Your computer might have a bad hard drive, a messed-up operating system, or a virus. It could also be because the wrong programs or driver software are installed. But since everything looks really wrong to me, I think it's best to do a full restart of Windows and then check again.

I might be the one because I managed to install Windows 11 without needing a temporary drive and using hardware that doesn't work with Rufus. Here are my exact specs: Dell Optiplex 990 MT, 16GB of RAM running at DDR3 speeds of 1033MHz, a Core i5 2400 processor, an integrated graphics card (I5-2400 GT), and a dedicated GPU (1030) with 2GB of GDDR5 memory.
