I only achieve 60 fps with V sync off, while with vsync it varies—usually around 32 chunks, often between 600 and 800 fps. Recently it's dropped to about 45 fps whether vsync is on or off. I also noticed a higher refresh rate monitor, but it was damaged in an accident.
It seems you're questioning whether your setup is suitable for the Intel i9 at 80°C. The situation might just be the issue.
