Opt for a Firefox fork. It’s currently facing similar privacy issues as other browsers and is frequently targeted by SJWs. On Windows, Pale Moon is your best bet. For Linux users, GNU IceCat works well. Simply using the browser isn’t enough; you’ll also need privacy extensions. HTTPS Everywhere helps enforce HTTPS on many sites. HTTPS Finder complements it by detecting SSL when available and creating rules automatically. uBlock Origin offers ad blocking plus tracking/privacy filters. Privacy Badger blocks intrusive ads and hidden trackers. uMatrix is useful for blocking scripts, iframes, and ads. Self-Destructing Cookies clears cookies and LocalStorage instantly when you close the tab. RequestPolicy lets you manage cross-site requests. User Agent Switcher changes a browser’s identity. You don’t have to install everything—prioritize HTTPS Everywhere, HTTPS Finder, uBlock Origin, and uMatrix or Privacy Badger.
