Forza Horizon 4 is available, my friend. Most open-world American titles are set in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York City, or sometimes Chicago, depending on the game. Rarely do they occur in cities beyond those places.
It'd be cool to see a game based on DFW metro. Soooo much room for activities.
Another aspect to think about is the UK's reaction to being portrayed in a game such as GTA. I remember that officials from New York City were not very enthusiastic about GTA IV's depiction of the city.
