Consider raising the DRAM voltage to 1.3V (or possibly up to 1.35V).
Reviewing my Newegg order, I checked the RAM specs and confirmed the 1.25V reading. That matches what CPU-Z displays, though I’m puzzled about the 1.10V I see there. Is 1.3V going to cause issues? I might need to return the RAM tomorrow. Updated the BIOS setting to 1.35, but Metrics apps still show 1.25V... unclear what’s happening.
The standard voltage for DDR5 is 1.1V.
XMP/DOCP standards require 1.25V.
Occasionally, raising the voltage can enhance stability.
1.35V remains acceptable; I wouldn't go higher.
CPU-Z displays both SPD and XMP settings, but it doesn't reflect the actual used voltage.
To check the real value, you'd need to use HWinfo or AIDA.
Thank you - I checked the sensors and confirmed it's running at 1.35V. I completed another 4 loop memtest86 and everything passed. I'm torn now - should I proceed with an RMA or not? I plan to run another test at that voltage.

Tomorrow is when I'll have to submit it if I decide to go ahead.
My normal was 1.10V, XMP boosted it to 1.25V, then I increased it further to 1.35V. Despite this, I completed two full Memtest86 tests at 1.35V and both passed. This is the same as my previous successful runs at 1.25V. I’m unsure whether to request a replacement or not. If the RAM had failed every time—even just one or two errors—I would definitely RMA it, but I’ve also had full passes before.
In summary of results with XMP enabled for all DDR5 5200 (4800 stock):
Fail - 3 errors total
Pass - all 4 runs
Pass - all 4 runs
Fail - 1 error total
Fail - 1 error total
Pass - All 4 runs (single core, took about 7 hours)
Switch from 1.25V to 1.35V
Pass - all 4 runs
Would you RMA?
Sounds okay – it's tough to tell from the games themselves. The crashes usually involve UE5 crash errors popping up, and for Battlefield it just restarts to desktop. On EA forums, if you search 'crash desktop' there are about 300 threads discussing it. I've also heard that more crashes have started after Windows 11 version 25H2. It's a bit unclear, sometimes it works for hours or sometimes it happens in minutes. I bought EA FC 26 last week and it didn't crash at all. Probably my main concern is whether the crashes are linked to my RAM or something else. I ran some benchmarks without any problems – Furmark, Cinebench, and tests that checked both GPU and CPU at once – everything was fine. My system temperatures have always been normal. My house is cold.
