By leaving out certain details, the RTX 40-series appears to function as intended since no bandwidth restrictions are mentioned for those cards. For troubleshooting, I suggest testing everything at 60 Hz and observing if all monitors respond properly.
That would be great, though my model is a 3090 instead of a 40-series. I’ll give it another go once I’m back.
