I'm curious about updating your wallpaper on W7 to match different times of day—morning, noon, sunset, and night. Does anyone know if this feature is available or how it could be set up?

It seems feasible, though I haven't encountered anything like this before. I really would like this.

It seems Win 7 likely includes a similar feature, though it might not be exactly the same.

I understand Windows 7 (and likely 8/8.1/9) may alter wallpaper after a set period. The duration ranges from 10 seconds to 1 day.

Looking for a solution that enhances both illumination and visuals? It offers adjustable lighting, letting you switch to softer tones as darkness falls, while also displaying a dynamic representation of your device in real time.

This configuration is adjusted for your device, so changes in power cycles or timing can affect the schedule. I prefer it to follow a fixed time based on the computer's initial settings.

Check display fusion for availability. If missing, look for a feature request page elsewhere.

I believe it is possible, but you'll need to purchase it for $30, which I'm not planning to do right now. Perhaps using multiple monitors could help in the future, but I currently have just one. Thanks for sharing this with me!

Nope or not at the moment atleast. You can do pretty much anything else crazy but not set absolute times for changing. Its done with intervals.
