I purchased the game yesterday and tried playing it. It functioned properly for the initial five minutes, but then everything froze and the screen turned black. This issue occurs each time I launch the game—there’s no error message, just a sudden stop around the same moment. If anyone has faced this problem before, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Uninstall and then reinstall. Also verify your temperatures are normal.
